Loved management and structure of internship, firm was small enough I felt asking different people questions and building connections. Also went in 2-3 days of the 4 day workweek which was a nice balance (nice to have the work from home option).

Advice
Not being afraid to ask questions and trying to understand the big picture, I found most people were encouraged when I had a better grasp of what I was doing. I think also knowing workplace edict is important and understanding if the person you are working with is extremely busy working with someone else who can help with the question is good.
