Very hands on and many useful projects to gain a better understanding of the industry. I was treated as apart of the team and worked on projects and assignments anyone else would've done as a member of the team.

More career workshops during weekly intern meetings

Taking every opportunity even the onsite event. Ask questions and don't be afraid to ask for help.
