The people are fantastic, the hours are consistent but quite flexible, they brought in weekly lunch during tax season.

A little more experience on the audit side or meeting with clients face-to-face.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions. There are going to be a slew of scenarios in which you are questioning why someone did something previously or something along those lines. They're waiting for you to ask questions. Just ask them efficiently when the partner has time.
