What I liked

I loved the community of the employees, they all know each other and are friendly and easy to work along with. The employees were welcoming to new employees and were open to helping me learn my way around the estate and the job, the employees made it an work environment that I enjoyed going to daily. I enjoyed the company itself as it was daunting to work for a larger employer than I was used to, they were welcoming and answered all of my questions and made the hiring and moving process easy.

What I wish was different

I wish I got to see the company year round, only being able to see it for such a short period of time seems to be shortcoming to what kind of work everyone gets the opportunity to do. Hearing about what work and what goes on in the later months of the year makes me wish I could be their to be apart of it.

Advice

Go into it with an open mind with the acceptance that you might not get the handle of it right away, but those you work with will make it easy for you to get the hang of it. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend anyone go into.
