You receive a lot of great feedback from the other staff in order to better benefit the students and their progress.

What I wish was different

I wish we had more staff in order to avoid the craziness that occurs when there isn't ample staffing in the room.

Advice

It is one of the most rewarding experiences to watch the students grow, thrive, and move forward.
