What I liked
I enjoyed the culture of the company that had become large but still felt small. Everyone's input mattered and was treated as equal regardless of our titles. I sat at a desk across from my boss so I could ask him whenever I had questions rather than have to go to a private office, so the atmosphere was more conducive to teamwork.
