I do wish that there would have been more time spent or an internship program at the innovation lab located in Dallas, TX.

What I liked
The culture and the people at Blue are first class! I loved how everyone made me feel welcomed and treated me as a regular employee. The facility is amazing and they highly value a healthy lifestyle be providing an indoor walk area and a fully equipped gymnasium.

Nothing. I made sure to take advantage of all the resources provided to me during the internship.
Advice
The one advice I would give is to create genuine relationships and make sure to find a way to stay in contact after the internship.

Your experience is very dependent on your manager. While some interns had high interaction with their team (frequently invited to sit in on meetings), other interns never met their manager face-to-face.
