I enjoy my co-workers and my managers are good about being flexible with scheduling so I still got to enjoy my summer.

What I liked
The coworkers are great, extremely flexible with hours and very understanding with college obligations.

The staffing could be better, we tend to be understaffed yet we have enough people hired where this shouldn't be a problem.
Advice
Restaurant jobs are very important, they are humbling and teach you a lot about how to work with people.

This is a super flexible job, that allows me to transfer stores during the semester. I have worked as a hostess, carry out specialist and server and it is all really fun!

What I liked
I like that there’s a lot of merit in serving. Most of the people you take care of will tip you based on how hard you work. Not everyone does that, but a lot do. It’s nice to have your efforts rewarded.
What I wish was different
I wish our GM had not changed in the middle of the summer.
Advice
If you’re willing to put in some extra effort, this job can be good for you. But it’s not a good job if you aren’t willing to work hard.

Learning a lot of social skills, and how to work with a wide range of differnet type of people.

I wish my managment could have been better, and that the resturuant ran smoother on busy days.
Advice
It's a good learning experience, but not something to do for the rest of your life.
