I have worked in retail for 3 1/2 years, this was the first retail job that I made commission on sales.
What I wish was different
The store manager was very unprofessional.
Advice
Get to know what you value most in a job. For me, I realized that culture and reliable management makes any job a good working environment. I will not work for an employer who is childish and incompetent.
