A great team mentality. Really felt like a family instead of co-workers. They were always willing to help me on projects and advance my knowledge. You work closely with other interns so you aren't sitting in a sad cubicle by yourself. Great bosses and mentors there!
What I wish was different
More projects. A lot of what I did was day to day work. Should have shadowed people a bit more.
Advice
Ask for more projects and things to do. Ask to be involved more in the team. The sooner the better. Go to one of the plants!
