What I liked
I liked how my job was different every day. No one scout would behave like another and catering different learning styles to each was super fun.
What I wish was different
I wish that scouts had more opportunity for them to choose how they want to learn develop.
Advice
Keep your mind open, and be flexible. If you're going to work in this type of field you have to be prepared for anything.
