I liked how this job has made me a more attentive to messes when I enter any building, especially my one house. I appreciate how the managers are really focused about how business is doing and how employees can improve the duties that they do.
What I wish was different
I wish that the rules and regulations that are made by corporate made more sense. Some rules and regulations seem so over the top that they become not effective in having better business.
Advice
Follow the numbering system and communicate with your employees, if you do those two things orders will go out quickly and there will be less confusion.
