Working with my preceptors and other members of the healthcare team. I like that my opinion was valued and trusted. I was able to shadow Dietitians but also work on my own while talking to patients and their families. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially to interns.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more experience within the management portion for a greater understanding since the Foodservice is self-operated.

Be confident in your skills, knowledge and be open minded to always learn and share the wealth of experience.
