Working with children is always a rewarding experience, additionally creating a safe and educational environment benefits the children and makes the job fun.

Communication issues with the staffing could be improved.
Advice
If you enjoy working with children and being in a hands on environment that is fast paced and requires quick thinking, I would suggest child care. Elementary students require great attention and adaption to new issues daily, but it is very rewarding to see children grow and succeed in an environment you can be a part of.
