I loved the interpersonal skills I learned about boundary setting and representing an organization.
My coworkers also cracked me up and we sang a lot to keep the morale up. The environment was also chaotic and unpredictable, which made every day a different adventure and contributed to varying work levels.
What I wish was different
I wish that I was able to do research like the other interns were able to do.
Advice
Do not let people yelling at you drain you; hard interactions are just part of the job.
