While it was a good experience and gave me time to learn many valuable skills I wish I had taken a job at a hospital. I chose this job because it was closer to home and I regretted that every day I worked.

I am a LPN and was in school to get a degree in nursing. I learnt a lot from my degree. I incorporated what i had learned in school and this made me feel very confident. Which will help me as i advance into my career.

To treat residents like a family member, and to remember that even with their age, and Alzheimer’s and dementia they are still human and have rights.
