I like that the group wasn't a large company. It is a small group of interns with two directors at a non-profit. You REALLY learn the ins and outs of the company.
What I wish was different
There were periods where there was either more work than could be done in one day or not enough work for the day. You were either scrambling or doing nothing. It would have been nice for the directors to delegate work more strategically.
Advice
It is a very small group of wonderful people. Form the connections with all of them, participate in the group lunches, learn how to use the subway.
