What I liked
It was my first job working as a cashier. I love meeting new people and seeing returning customers.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked more hours while I had the chance because now that school has started, I am not able to work as much.
Advice
Not everyone is the friendliest or nicest. Don't take it personal just continue to remain professional and do your job with a smile.

Grocery Clerk
March 2016 • Ruston, LA
What I liked
Ease of access into the company, managers are easy to work with, never the same working day twice.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more technical training involved (most things are learned on the job).
Advice
You can actually learn a lot about the business side of everyday life (such as grocery shopping) and the vast infrastructure in place to support it so it isn't just a worthless job, even from an education standpoint.
