The clients and employees were great people with hearts of gold. I watched clients blossom into brand new people with our help.
What I wish was different
I wish I wasn't required to do morally questionable things in terms of legal documents and that the higher-up management wasn't so charismatically toxic.
Advice
I would recommend a strong moral compass and constitution in order to work under this management. I wouldn't change the impact these clients had on my life for anything, but I refused to continue to work under such poor leadership.
