I liked being in the midst of the sports. Long hours and little pay did not really bother me as it would to others. Everyone was a like a team and if something went wrong you just helped to fix it even if it wasn't "your job"
What I wish was different
The communication of when to come in/be able to leave could have been better. Every thing happens so quickly and so much at once, that sometimes the little stuff like that got overlooked.
Advice
If you're hesitant, just go for it! Working in sports is my dream and this only helped my case. I also got to watch baseball every single day so what can go wrong!
