BACI was established in 2011 to respond to the growing needs of the Burmese refugee population in central Indiana. Since its inception, BACI has assisted over thousands of Burmese and non-Burmese community members to begin the journey of self-sufficiency and integration within the Indianapolis community. The organization is marked by a strong conviction in the importance of investing in people and education.
