I love the work environment at BMRA; the people, the work, and the hours were all spectacular. Supervisors show you they care - they are flexible and understanding. In terms of work, it's fairly easy work but if you put a lot of effort in, it really can become a valuable experience.

Try your best. Reach out to your supervisors and ask for more work - there is always opportunity for growth with BMRA.
