What I wish was different
I wish that there were more opportunities to shadow other behavior technicians to learn more techniques of implementing behavior plans.
Advice
One piece of advice I would give would be to be patient and learn with the child you are working with, not making the child learn by themselves.

Advice
This experience is eye opening for anyone coming out of college. Getting up to speed is easy with Butterfly Effects. The employee orientation is thorough and all-encompassing.
