This internship teaches you how to be a great employee at any organization, as opposed to teaching you how to be a good employee at a specific company. You learn research methodology, how to conduct interviews, and you get to participate in 20+ hours of presentation coaching. Plus you are compensated very well. Probably the best summer internship on campus.

What I liked
The people. A great place to work for is made up of great people. The full-time personnel at the CIG lives out our 7 virtues on a daily basis and exemplify what it means to care for others. I learned as much about life this summer as I did about the workplace.
