The possibility to meet experienced pilots and instructors who all had different paths was truly amazing as we can see that there are so many ways to accomplish a common dream: flying.

Always try your best, be punctual . Enjoy what you are doing as it is more pleasant when it is enjoyable.

People willing to help and collaborate. Looking for fresh ideas, experimentation, responsibility, and self starters. No micro managing and freedom to make schedule.

Location, it is a bit further from campus

Be open and express your ideas, you never know what will stick and what someone else may acknowledge you for. Being different and open to change and creativity will push you further.
