I appreciated the overall inclusive environment stressed by all of the individuals representing the higher-ups of the program.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been much more communication between the leadership team and the summer crew members during th summer.

Advice

Anyone looking to become a key part of any student's experience at college definitely needs to be a part of NSTP!
