I enjoyed guiding the incoming freshmen students through the Summer Transition to ECST Program (or STEP), so they can refresh up on fundamental mathematical concepts to prepare for Calculus.

One piece of advice that I would want to share about this experience is understanding how to realistically manage a classroom environment, ensuring not to go too fast, but also not to go too slow, so that the students feel like they can learn.
