I liked the job overall, it was fun meeting new people and helping the guests have a good day.

The orientation process took too long, it was almost 2 weeks before I was trained.

If you're a teenager looking for a part-time job, it's perfect! Make sure to be friends with your coworkers!

I like the benefits of working at Great America. My co-workers are also friendly and nice to me.
What I wish was different
I wished they did not change the TAS system for clocking in and out during the shift. I wished I had a permanent place to work instead of moving from one building to another based on the amount of people working and events.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is that this job will give you many opportunities to talk with customers and practice your customer service. Sometimes, I would be on the cashier so I have an idea on how to deal with drunk customers.
