What I liked
The team I worked with was AMAZING. They always included me in the decision making and valued my opinion. It wasn’t your typical “go get me coffee” internship. Cambia also has lunches every week for the interns to network and learn more about the company. There are lots of social/learning events for the interns.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been more confident in myself early on. I was too nervous to mess something up. It wasn’t till I have half way done with my internship did I gain that confidence to help myself and help my team.
Advice
Really take advantage of every second there. Speak up and jump in!
