I loved the seeing the smiles on the kids faces that we served! Camp Grace had training at the beginning of summer that really prepared for me to step into cabin and have intentional, God-centered conversations with youth. Our leadership team was so compassionate and answered any questions that I had about my job! Great place to work!
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have prepared more to be outside the majority of the day in the sun.
Advice
Love big with these campers! They are amazing and they have changed my life in so many ways! I still have prayer requests from campers that they wrote on index cards that I still pray over. Make sure that you are intentional with your time spent with campers.
