Being able to provide kids with an experience they will never forget, and hopefully give them the opportunity to make a relationship with God.

I wish the job was a year round experience.
Advice
Take care of yourself if you need to. Don't overwork yourself to the point where it is harmful to you. Because if you are not at your best, you cant provide the best experience for the kids.

What I liked
The staff are all very warm and accepting. They are very flexible with you if you need to leave at any point throughout the week. A great job if you love working with kids in a Christian setting.

Working as a camp counselor can be hard, you have to be there for the kids and for your faith, not necessarily for the money.
