I enjoyed the aspect of knowing that I was an asset to CAPITAL everyday when I came to work. The projects that I worked on were relevant to the company and helped challenge me to grow analytically. The work environment is amazing and my coworkers were always willing to help if I had any questions.
What I wish was different
Nothing. The internship was truly a success.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know what's going on. In the long run you will grow both as an individual and in your analytical knowledge.

What I liked
CAPTIAL Services treated you like an actual employee. They gave me a project and would tell you what they wanted and allowed you to take ownership and really make it your own. They provided feedback when needed and encouraged shared learning.

I don’t think there was anything I would have changed from my internship

I was really scared to start my internship because I really self doubted myself, I totally shouldn’t have because they were so pleased with my work they offered me a part time position.
