Cardinal Glass Industries was established in 1962 as a fabricator of sealed insulating glass units. Cardinal was the first to commercialize low emissivity coatings (LoE). Cardinal saw the need for high quality float glass surfaces and began tempering and float glass manufacturing in the 1990’s. We have expanded to a national scale and now have plants throughout the US which has allowed us to capture a significant share of the residential window and door market.
Cardinal’s constantly growing spirit looks ahead of the industry to use new technologies to meet tomorrow’s marketplace, taking glass manufacturing to a higher level.
