What I wish was different
Needed More freedom to voice your own opinion with the Assistant Manager. Assistant Manager also says a lot of unnecessary non-work related opinions openly. Also had a narcissistic and non-genuine vibe, never really got to know me until I was leaving. Changed the work environment for me. I decided me complaining would not have helped. Other employees noticed but also refused to mention or either quit.
