What I liked
The values of cherry republic aligned similar to my own. The people were very fun and outgoing as well. lastly the staff made sure to show appreciation for their employees.
What I wish was different
I wish the pay would have been a bit higher, but other than that there was not much to complain about.
Advice
If you have the opportunity, work for cherry republic, I loved it.

What I liked
Cherry Republic Public House allows servers to take on different job responsibilities each day and gain experience around the restaurant. It is located in a small town full of tourists in the summer which brings in lots of sales. Employees are hired nationally and internationally so it is possible to work and make friends with people from around the world. It is also a fast-paced work environment.
What I wish was different
Organization and communication within the workplace.
