I liked how I was able to lead 16 individuals under my leadership. It was a great experience to oversee everything around the Aquatic Center and I had to learn how to problem-solve. This job gave me more of a leadership position and I created weekly schedules as well as coordinated swimming lessons. I had to deal with complaints and concerns of patrons. I also needed to treat any injury at the site.
