It is an amazing way to brush up on my people skills, and continue growing as a manager.
What I wish was different
I wish the scheduling process could be changed a bit. Many of my employees missed work and did not receive and punishment from my supervisors.
Advice
If you need to discipline an employee, do it in private. It will command more respect from your employee. On the flip side, praise the employee in public.
