What I liked
I really liked being around young people. These kids' attitudes brightened my day with their energetic and positive energy. Working with youth is essential for our generation to do because they are clearly our future.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been clear communication between workers.
Advice
I would advise people to be aware that not every moment is perfect. There are numerous times where arguments break out and you have to be the one to resolve them. You have to be a mature leader for these kids to look up to.
