Good pay. Good consistent hours. Every other Friday off. Kept me active. Good variety of work.

What I wish was different

The coworkers would always gossip behind everyone's back. Management was rather poor. Too much downtime at times. Too hot in the sun.

Advice

Drink lots of water when doing any physical labor, especially in the sun.
