I loved getting to work with kids every day and building relationships with them over the weeks. Leading, encouraging and playing with kids is such an amazing opportunity to shine the love of Christ on them!

What I liked
There was a high degree of creative freedom when it came to exhibits and programs.
What I wish was different
I only wish I could've gone in every day.
Advice
If you can get a second part-time job, do so. And be a go-getter, don't let your time go idly by because you can do a lot of good if you've got the drive.

What I liked
I liked the various projects that I would receive that would help the bigger time-sensitive projects. It was also nice to see different perspectives by observing meetings, conferences, job fairs, and interviews.
What I wish was different
I wish they on-boarding process was more easier to get introductions and to have more projects that work on. A mentor would have been nice to rely on. I wish that I would have gotten the chance to shadow every specialist in HR to get a better view of what each position was in charge of.
Advice
Be open to meeting new people and put yourself out there. No one has the time to reach out so you will have to initiate conversations and connect with people.
