What I liked

The hands-on job training a week before floor work was so helpful and felt so welcoming. I loved that so many old employees were returning back to the company as well, with such positive feelings that reflected really well on the Clinic as a whole.

What I liked

Experience with patient's as a professional instead of as a medical/nursing student.

What I wish was different

Understaffing made the ratio of patients to caregivers too high. Less support from staff due to this.

Advice

It teaches you how to learn how to remain professional and healthy barriers from patient's with your personal life as well as healthy barriers with coworkers.
