I like that I got a real hands on experience and the manager and trainers really put in a lor of effort for us to succeed.
What I wish was different
The pay, it was based on comission and they were not clear with it through out the process.
Advice
If you’re interested in sales, the training they give you is excellent.

What I liked
Love the opportunity to learn from other team members and build connections within the company (not just on my team). Lots of professional development activities are offered and very flexible schedules for work.
