COMPASS is a Foster Care and Family Services organization, committed to improving the lives of children and families in the Central and Western Nebraska areas since 2007. We recruit, license and support foster parents for their work with vulnerable children, and we work with biological families to address and overcome challenges in their lives to be reunited or remain together as a family. In 2021 we brought a much needed counseling office to Kearney to enhance the mental health supports to the community, especially those with trauma.
