Supply Chain Intern

May - August 2019 • Rock Hill, SC

What I liked

I was given a variety of tasks that the employees themselves did, not just grunt work for interns. I was also given a project to lead with a couple other interns and made progress on it.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have rotated through several departments

Advice

Make a good impression and worm hard no matter what your task is, they will notice and spread the word.

Supply Chain Intern

May - August 2019 • Rock Hill, SC

What I liked

We were given tasks equal to those of the full time employees to complete. Each member of the team took time to teach us his/her role. There was rarely busy work, like painting the parking lot or picking up trash, thrown on us. Hard work and previous skills were rewarded with more rigorous tasks.

What I wish was different

At times there were too many of us and it was difficult to keep all of us busy with legitimate work.

Advice

Make sure you stay busy and get ahead, your superiors will notice and acknowledge this.
