The open and excellent work culture. Everyone was extremely helpful and approachable. They made me feel at home and I loved working in the Renewable Energy Industry. The work was incredibly interesting and rewarding.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been a little more like a traditional internship. They did not really have a program set up, so my tasks were not super organized. I just sort of did different tasks when they came up, which was fine but I wish that there had been a little bit more of a structure.
Advice
Start pursuing the Renewable Energy Industry because it is up and coming and it will be the future. Thus, if you want to hit an up-and-coming industry, then try to get a job there before it is too late. It is really cool and rewarding work, and it is a much more relaxed industry than others.
