What I liked
I enjoyed being able to be a positive influence on children’s lives on a daily basis.
What I wish was different
I wish the communication between employees and managerial staff was more effective.
Advice
Take it day by day. Sure it may get hard but remind yourself why you’re doing it, for the children.
