I loved everything about the job. Working with kids, the leader ship, the experience, and the atmosphere. It was hard, but worth it. I learned a lot.
What I wish was different
I wish they paid more. Although, I don’t expect them to… It is a ministry that uses their money well but doesn’t have much of it.
Advice
You will make lifelong friends through this experience, and if you give your time to God, He will use you for His kingdom.

What I liked
Everything
My coworkers were incrdibly kind and encouraging.
My bosses were super fun and easy to talk to. I was able to talk through any problems I had with them and felt as if I was always being heard.
I felt like I was really challenged and grew in my faith a lot.
The relationships you built with your campers was absolutely amazing.
What I wish was different
I wish I got a little more sleep.
Advice
Go all in. It's going to be hard but it is so worth it. It is the most rewarding job I've ever had.
