The Department of University Outreach Services coordinates the University's ongoing outreach and recruitment events. University Outreach directs most of its activities towards high schools and community colleges located in the following counties: Kern, Kings, Tulare, Inyo, and Mono. The primary focus of the department is to assist prospective students with the preadmission procedures necessary to attend CSUB. The Department of University Outreach Services improves access to higher education for students who are educationally and/or economically disadvantaged.
