Danville Services

CNA

October 2018 • Sandy, UT

What I liked

Extremely flexible schedule, with option to pick up or turn down shifts. Most supportive staff I have ever worked with. I also love that instead of working in a facility, you take care of the client in their own home.

What I wish was different

Nothing.

Advice

If you are looking for a job in healthcare that is meaningful and that you can mold to your own schedule, this fits the bill. It isn't for everyone, where patience and trustworthiness is essential. Also take into account that they send you to various clients homes, so making sure you have a means of travel is important as well.

Direct Support Coordinator

June 2017 • Pleasant Grove, UT

What I liked

I work with adults with special needs. I love been able to help them do fun things in their lives and improve their overall experience. I love being able to help them become more independent.

What I wish was different

They changed the driving age to 23 which I feel is hard on the clients as it limits what they are able to go out and do.
