The structure of the firm is run like a well oiled machine. The people are all very kind and amazing to work with! There is always room to grow in the company as well.
What I wish was different
They were in a bit of a transition while I was working there during the summer, so the work load as quite a bit. Other than that, I don't have any complaints!
Advice
Working hard 40+ hours a week is very rewarding!! I learned a lot about personal injury law as well.
